I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1993. I have experience supporting clients age 18+ with concerns such as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence (ADHD), depression/anxiety, grief and addiction/recovery.
Some of the therapies offered: Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Feminist, Grief Support Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered. I have received specialized training to work specifically with the student-athlete and address relevant concerns.

I’m originally from North Carolina and have identified as a Lesbian since age 18. When I was 21, I was in a severe car accident and had to learn to walk again. I’ve had multiple grand adventures and have made a few dreadful mistakes between then and now.
